Chief Architecture Strategist

Vestal Corporation seeks a skilled Lead Architect to oversee client relationships, lead a team of architects, and manage the planning, design, and construction of building facilities.

• Analyze project objectives, program requirements, and budget with design teams and clients.
• Participate in predesign services such as feasibility studies, site selection analyses, cost analyses, and design requirements documentation.
• Develop schematic, design development, and final construction documents for building designs.
• Research state and local building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances, including ADA compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutions responding to environmental and sustainability goals.
• Visit construction sites to ensure adherence to design intent, materials, and work quality standards.
• Support business development activities with proposal renderings and exhibits.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or similar required.
• Licenced Architect with 7+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and creativity skills in design and the design process.
