We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our sales team at Appliance World of Huntington Inc. in Huntington, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing strong relationships with clients and providing personalized product recommendations.
  • Manage front counter experiences, including answering inbound calls and handling payments.
  • Write sales orders for products, exchanges, accessories, and other items.
  • Prepare specifications and confirm client orders using our custom system.

Requirements:

  • No prior sales experience needed, but at least 1+ year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Drive, and Docs is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,400, plus commission.
