Job Title: Maintenance Lawncare

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Lawncare position is a member of the Green Circle Landscaping team. As a skilled groundskeeper, you will be responsible for performing ongoing landscaping tasks, including routine maintenance of the landscaping equipment. Our property features several flower gardens that require regular upkeep. If you have experience in landscaping and a strong attention to detail, you may be the perfect fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mow lawn by hand or using a riding lawnmower
• Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes
• Trim shrubs and pull weeds
• Rake, prune, and mulch the grounds as needed
• Operate snow removal equipment during the winter to keep walkways and building entrances clear and safe
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment used in grounds keeping
• Work in various temperatures based on season - summer gets very hot, winter gets very cold
• Must be able to physically perform the basic operational functions of bending and stooping

Requirements:
• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma/GED required, with 2+ years' grounds keeping experience
• Must be a reliable worker who is able to perform routine tasks without supervision
• Strong attention to detail required
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds
