About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Ohio Living. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents and patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and patients
  • Assist with mobility, lifting, and transferring residents and patients
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's or patient's condition to the nursing staff
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Current STNA certification
  • Ability to work a part-time night shift schedule
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
