The Liberty Group is seeking a reliable and skilled Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities of our apartment communities across Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds, including picking up trash and debris, and performing general property clean up.

  • Assist in trash-outs and other clean up tasks as needed.

  • Perform power washing of sidewalks, buildings, and other surfaces.

  • Check and replace smoke alarm batteries as necessary.

  • Replace switch plates, light bulbs, and air conditioning filters.

  • Familiarity with painting (by roller and spray gun) is a plus.

  • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment.

  • Knowledge of pool chemicals is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid ID required.

  • Reliable transportation.

  • Willingness to submit to a background check.

  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
