Job Title: Physician (M.D. or D.O.)

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a skilled Physician (M.D. or D.O.) to join our team at Parnell Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan. As a Staff Physician, you will work under the supervision of the Site Medical Director and be an integral part of our medical team.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality healthcare services to patients
  • Work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure excellent patient care
  • Document medical records in SOAP format and adhere to approved formulary
  • Provide emergency treatment and respond to urgent situations
  • Participate in medical staff meetings and provide in-service education to staff
Requirements:
  • Licensed Physician in the state of Michigan
  • Current DEA registration
  • Board certified and qualified by state laws/regulations to practice medicine
