Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate complex data and communication networks in Lumberton, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.
  • Lead incident follow-up and problem management, guaranteeing the safe operation of networks and minimizing downtime.
  • Develop and maintain communication networks through strategic projects, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Oversee work and specialist groups to maintain stable communication networks, fostering collaboration and expertise.
  • Design and deliver training materials, guidelines, and conduct team trainings to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Act as a key user, handling specialized tasks and serving as the primary contact for transmission networks within the team.
  • Perform shift work as required.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in electrical engineering, communication technology, automation technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in this field is highly desirable.
  • Undergo a security check as part of the hiring process.
  • Proficiency in standard PC applications and specialized systems, including ticket systems, network management systems, and documentation systems.
  • Excellent English skills and a minimum C-level proficiency in German.
  • Willingness to travel for work and possession of a Class B driver's license.
