Job Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the legal department and related professional tasks
• Handle and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents
• Responsible for deadline and appointment management, as well as the creation of cost calculations and financial reports
• Occasionally responsible for the preparation of cost determination applications and other financial documents
• Draft and edit documents, correspondence, and other written materials
• Reliably and independently manage file management and perform other organizational tasks

Requirements

• Successful completion of training as a legal assistant or equivalent experience
