Security Guardian

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at ilani. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

• Patrol casino areas and designated posts to maintain a visible presence and deter potential security threats.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
• Investigate and document all incidents and unusual occurrences.
• Verify jackpot payouts and hopper re-fills.
• Monitor fire command systems and report any issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write clear and concise reports.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

• One year of experience in a guest service position with exceptional service skills.
