About the Job

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Torchy's Tacos. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks according to Torchy's recipes and standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a Damn Good experience for each guest
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and drink offerings
  • Meet sales and productivity goals, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender
  • A current required state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.)
  • Ability to work varied schedules and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other duties as required
