**Position Summary**
As a Helpdesk System Administrator, you will serve as the first point of contact for user-level interactions and issues. Your technical expertise and excellent communication skills will enable you to provide effective support to users.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with remote users
- Develop documentation including standard operating procedures (SOP) of complex technical solutions and procedures
- Serve as the first point of contact for user-level interactions and issues
**Requirements**
- Active Final Top Secret Clearance required prior to starting
- DOD 8570/8140 certification such as Security+ CE or equivalent within three months of starting
- Experience with system administration in both Windows Server and Linux operating systems
