Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and credit card machine.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other duties as assigned.
  • Assist with inventory control, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work extra shifts and hours as required to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Working Conditions:

The Retail Sales Associate will work in a retail store environment with frequent exposure to customers, merchandise, and cleaning supplies. The position requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods of time.
