Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Dosimetrist to join our team at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating clinically acceptable treatment plans, utilizing clinical knowledge and expertise in radiation therapy techniques, physics, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with radiation oncologists during the treatment planning process
• Communicate treatment plans to medical physicists and radiation therapy technologists for implementation
• Utilize clinical knowledge and expertise in radiation therapy techniques, physics, and technology to generate treatment plans

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Medical Dosimetrist by the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board (MDCB)
• Experience with Varian Eclipse TPS and MOSAIQ R&V system
• Graduate of JRCERT certified school of Medical Dosimetry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with special procedures such as SBRT, TBI, and Brachytherapy
