We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Folder Gluer Helper to join our team at MENASHA GLOBAL, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our folder gluers, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in the operation of folder gluers, ensuring timely and efficient production of high-quality products.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals, maintain quality standards, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to identify and implement process improvements.
- Complete quality inspections and paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of materials and equipment for production runs.
- Operate automatic tape machines and set up the JPack in a timely manner for various product sizes.
- Understand and adhere to GMP guidelines and company safety policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent desired but not required.
- Ability to read a ruler and line-gauge.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality defects.
- Ability to meet production goals and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive pay rate of $22.50 (base) plus applicable shift differential ($1.00 for 2nd shift and $1.25 for 3rd shift).
