Applications DevOps Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on applications devops with HonorVet Technologies. The team works with Azure and datacenter teams to ensure the health, compliance, and security of custom Xbox devices deployed in Azure datacenters.

The main function of this role is to analyze hardware failures and coordinate repairs with datacenter technicians. This includes work to document issues and resolutions to improve trouble shooting guides, contribute to tools and automations for scaling and auto-resolving common issues, track and report compliance requirements, and work with engineering teams in Xbox to communicate issues and resolve bugs. Success will depend on organization, clear communication, problem solving, technical excellence, and a drive for results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze hardware failures and coordinate repairs with datacenter technicians

• Document issues and resolutions to improve trouble shooting guides

• Contribute to tools and automations for scaling and auto-resolving common issues

• Track and report compliance requirements, such as sensitive data sharing

• Work with engineering teams in Xbox to communicate issues and resolve bugs

• Create detailed work schedules for long running execution plans

• Fine-tune and improve a variety of software projects

• Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications

• Implement system software and customize to client requirements

• Prepare the detailed software specifications and test plans

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
