Job Title: Bellstand Attendant

Marriott International, Inc is seeking a skilled Bellstand Attendant to join our team at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. As a key member of our Front Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, providing clear directions and information about property amenities and services.
  • Inform guests of local areas of interest and activities, helping them to make the most of their stay.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, ensuring they are comfortable and familiar with their surroundings.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, providing a convenient and efficient service.
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, ensuring guests' belongings are safe and secure.
  • Arrange transportation for guests/visitors, recording advance requests as needed.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
