Job Title: Manufacturing Hygienist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Hygienist to join our team at L'Oreal USA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement hygiene protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular hygiene inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Develop and deliver hygiene training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and regulatory changes related to cosmetic hygiene.
  • Lead and manage hygiene-related projects, including the implementation of new equipment, processes, or regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Hygienist or a similar role in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g., GMP, ISO 22716, FDA).
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
