Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with patients and families to understand their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment programs to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a school accredited by AOTA.
  • License to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Ohio.
  • Certification by the NBCOT.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Recently certified, licensed or graduates within past 12 months.
  • Preferred: 1-2 years equivalent experience.
