Production Crate Builder Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Crate Builder to join our team at Hearth & Home Technologies in Lakeville, MN.

As a Production Crate Builder, you will be responsible for preparing and shipping our custom fireplaces and accessories to customers across North America and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and constructing wood and cardboard crates for all fireplaces and accessories
  • Safely working with electrical saws and pneumatic staple guns
  • Loading and unloading shipping trucks when needed
  • Working in a fast-paced production and manufacturing environment
  • Experience with working with wood materials and forklifts
