Position Overview

Our enterprise systems support the Department of Defense's (DoD) GCSS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veteran's Affairs' (VA) telehealth communications. We specialize in acquisition management, systems engineering, Agile software development, cloud management, IT modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, and training, including advanced DevSecOps, automated testing, and mobile application development.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will encompass:
  • Offering subject matter expertise in Marine Corps logistics, focusing on Requisition Management, receipt control, accountability, asset birthing, material redistribution, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure accountability for internal/external audits and inspections.
  • Delivering technical guidance in Marine Corps logistics, material, and supply management.
  • Facilitating accountability in both retail and enterprise-level inventory operations.
  • Preparing, maintaining, and controlling essential documentation that tracks significant events in the lifecycle of capital assets from acquisition to final disposition.
  • Documenting and reporting weekly tasks to provide transparency and insights into work volumes, achievements, risks, and challenges, enabling team leads and management to generate metrics and promote continuous improvement.
  • Understanding and addressing client support needs while working effectively under pressure to meet task and mission objectives as part of a cohesive team.
Qualifications

Required Experience and Education:
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps in property and requisition management is essential.
Security Clearance:
  • Public Trust Clearance is required.
Travel Requirements:
  • The support team will consist of 27 members, with travel requirements to ensure accountability and annual inventory for assets outside the immediate area. Team members typically make 2-6 trips annually, averaging 20-25 trips per year, with each trip lasting 3-5 days.
  • Travel may account for up to 10% of the role.
