We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team at Black Angus Steakhouse LLC. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting a warm and friendly service-oriented attitude to our guests
  • Smiling, greeting guests, and using eye contact to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables as guests depart, within 60 seconds
  • Taking dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware to the dish room
  • Returning "bar" glassware to the bar for washing
  • Stocking bus stations with adequate silverware, dishes, napkins, ice, and condiments throughout the shift
  • Assisting in pre-bussing appetizer, salad, and entree plates if activities do not conflict with principal duties
  • Refilling beverages for guests upon request: Coffee, Decaf, Iced Tea, and Hot Tea
  • Maintaining good cleanliness and organization of the bus station and service areas
  • Keeping floors, booth, and chair seats and tables clean and crumb-free in the dining room area and bar throughout the shift
  • Performing posted ongoing teamwork and other duties as directed by Management
  • Performing Restroom checks every 15 minutes when assigned
  • Maintaining cleanliness outside walkways, landscaping, and parking lot
  • Ensuring consistency of supplies, cleanliness, and a friendly environment for guests and team members
  • Performing duties in a pleasant manner
  • Dealing with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Collaborating with other servers and kitchen/bar staff in a friendly, professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring a safe environment for guests and employees
  • Being passionate about working in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Being available on all holidays
