Cove Host

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier at Treasure Bay LLC. As a Host/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

• Greets guests as they enter and exit the restaurant, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Processes payments, takes drink orders, and walks guests to their tables, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manages cash transactions, verifies coupons and comps, and maintains accurate records.
• Answers phone calls in a polite and courteous manner, providing assistance to guests and staff.
• Rolls silverware at the end of the shift or as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive attitude. You should also be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and maintain accurate records.

This role involves working in a restaurant environment, which can be physically demanding. You may be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to wear nonslip footwear and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
