Clinical Therapist

VitalCore Health Strategies is a leading industry player in Correctional Health Care, dedicated to providing quality services to underserved populations. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at the Massachusetts Treatment Center in Bridgewater, MA.
As a Clinical Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based treatment services for individuals convicted of sexual offenses. Your ultimate goal will be to help these individuals overcome their challenges and live a life free from harm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate process-oriented treatment groups and psychoeducational groups
- Develop, implement, and monitor individual treatment plans
- Complete timely clinical documentation following contacts
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment teams
Requirements:
- Masters degree from an accredited program in social work, counseling, psychology, or a comparable field
- Minimum of one year internship/employment in a behavioral health capacity in a public or private agency or equivalent
- Satisfactory background investigation report
