We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Belton Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities- Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Assess image quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Prepare and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques
- High school graduate or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or related field preferred
- Current certification as an MRI technologist or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
- 1-2 years of experience in MRI or related field; experience with MRI equipment and software a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
