Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Belton Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Assess image quality and make adjustments as necessary
  • Prepare and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or related field preferred
  • Current certification as an MRI technologist or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
  • 1-2 years of experience in MRI or related field; experience with MRI equipment and software a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
