Diagnostic Imaging Specialist Opportunity

Join a team of dedicated professionals at Johns Hopkins Medicine, a world-renowned healthcare institution, as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist.

As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images using advanced sonography equipment and techniques. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping our medical team make accurate diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans.

About the Role:

  • Acquire and evaluate medical images using sonography equipment and related diagnostic techniques.
  • Exercise discretion and judgment in performance of clinical examinations.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Must have attended an approved school for Diagnostic Sonography or have equivalent experience accepted for registration with the R.D.M.S.
  • Be registry eligible and pass boards within one year of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required.

Work Environment:

  • Full-Time (40 hours per week), Evening Shift, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Tues, Wed, & Thursday + Every Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
  • Holiday and occasional call required.

Compensation: Minimum $36.47 per hour - Maximum $60.17 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
