We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Stormwater Engineer and Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating stormwater design projects from concept to completion.

In this role, you will work closely with our dynamic and multi-disciplinary team to develop creative and practical solutions for stormwater design. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including stormwater management, stormwater facility design, green infrastructure, and linear drainage design.

Your expertise in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling using tools such as MGSFlood, WWHM, SWMM, and HY-8 will be essential in developing accurate and reliable models that inform stormwater design. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively, will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact on our team's success.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in stormwater design and implementation. A Washington State Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or PE license is required, with the ability to obtain the PE license within 6 months. Experience working on PS&E project delivery, CADD software, and Microsoft Office programs is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, a 401K plan with matching, PTO/holiday pay, health and fitness stipend, commute support, and profit sharing.
