We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader/Foreman to join our team at HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company. As a Crew Leader/Foreman, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and organizing the daily operations of our service line crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the proper operation of equipment and drive operational efficiencies at the work site.
  • Ensure accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion.

  • Maintain and improve good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge in the operation of equipment used in Hydroblasting and vacuum truck.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment is preferred.
