Regency Integrated Health Services is committed to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to join our team at Hallettsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Texas.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $85,000, depending on experience.

• As an RN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of quality care that promotes the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident.
• You will oversee and monitor the work of aides, administer medications as prescribed, and conduct rounds with physicians to record visits in clinical records.
• Your responsibilities will also include performing narcotic reconciliation, identifying significant changes in resident condition, and taking necessary action per facility policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A current active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas.
• A degree from an accredited RN program.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
