Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care for patients with various cardiac conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, care coordination, and management, to ensure seamless communication and high-quality patient care.
  • Utilize clinical skills to deliver evidence-based care, promoting positive patient outcomes.
  • Actively participate in coaching and mentoring junior staff members, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
  • Develop and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with healthcare providers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A nursing degree from an accredited institution; a BSN is preferred.
  • Licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of North Dakota or a compact state.
  • At least two years of clinical experience in a related specialty area, preferably cardiology.
