Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a vital member of our care team at Elkins Crest Health & Rehabilitation Center. As a LPN, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing individualized care plans, and administering nursing care. Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer nursing care, including medication and treatments
  • Evaluate nursing care and make recommendations for improvement
  • Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care

Requirements:
  • Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of employment
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
