We are seeking a skilled Tooling Presetter to join our team at Shively Diversified Management Services. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze daily production schedules to ensure all necessary materials are available and ready for use.
• Clean and maintain used tooling to ensure optimal performance and extend tool life.
• Operate a range of hand tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, and measuring devices, to support production activities.
• Input and communicate test results and billing system information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve manufacturing issues or problems, providing input and suggestions to improve processes.
• Operate machine shop equipment, such as saws, sanders, and sandblasters, as needed to support production requirements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to follow tasks and instruction sheets, work with minimal supervision, multitask, and focus on details.
• Collaborative and team-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess necessary mechanical skills and understanding of tool usage.
• Able to stand, walk, and repeatedly lift for extended periods.
• Comply with all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Successfully pass the required pre-employment background check and drug screen.
