Culinary Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated Culinary Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group. This role is essential in overseeing food service operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Schedule: Full-time, with varying hours; specifics will be discussed during the interview process.
• Experience: Previous supervisory experience in a culinary environment is required.
• Compensation: Competitive pay range of $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.

• Supervise and train food service staff, ensuring effective work assignments and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory and procurement processes to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
• Implement approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality and portion control.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Oversee food storage practices, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines to maintain food safety and quality.
• Engage with customers during meal service to gather feedback and enhance dining experiences.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
