Position: Rental Equipment Technician

The Rental Equipment Technician is integral to managing equipment logistics, which includes loading and unloading, overseeing equipment check-ins and check-outs, and performing maintenance tasks. This role also requires documenting any damages, executing minor repairs, and ensuring the overall operational readiness of the rental equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery, assist clients, and maintain the display area.
  • Oversee the processes for equipment check-in and check-out.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while proactively addressing safety issues.
  • Maintain the yard and facility, including managing weather-related challenges.

Compensation: $17.81 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in heavy equipment operation
  • Strong attention to detail
