Responsibilities- Manage daily collections and deposits of monthly rentals, late fees, and other revenue streams.
- Pursue delinquent rents and perform evictions within state and local laws.
- Hire, train, and motivate on-site staff to ensure deadlines are met and company policies are followed.
- Demonstrate leadership through effective communication, professional appearance, and adherence to company procedures.
- Inspect community grounds and properties to maintain a presentable appearance.
- Manage maintenance tasks using the Maintenance Work Order system.
- Process invoices, manage petty cash, and track expenses and receipts.
- Maintain employee files, timesheets, and records for accurate compensation and benefits.
- Analyze and audit reports to address any issues or discrepancies.
- Manage accidents, emergencies, and mechanical needs, reporting to the corporate office as necessary.
- Refurbish community-owned homes and ensure a safe working and living environment.
- Build relationships with residents and respond to their needs.
- Coordinate advertising, promotions, and presentations of homes as directed by the Regional Manager.
- 2-3 years of property management experience with proven management skills.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detailed-oriented and able to multitask and problem-solve.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook; MRI experience preferred.
- Ability to be flexible and work evenings and weekends.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid operator's license, maintenance of a good driving record, and insurability under the Company's policy.
- High School diploma or GED required.
The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
