Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care, assessing patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures and functions as ordered by medical providers, documenting administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
