Key Responsibilities

As a Fitness Sales Associate at CrossFit Harwood Heights, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the gym
  • Answering phone calls and assisting members
  • Communicating with leads and potential members through calls, texts, and emails
  • Providing an excellent onboarding experience

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and support. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
