St. Luke's Health System is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our team in Meridian, Idaho.

As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient-centered care. Our team is committed to fostering an environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
What You Can Expect:- 5, 8-hour shifts
- Every other weekend rotation
- Full benefits with hospital contributions
- Cert pay available for qualifying certifications
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong nursing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Qualifications:- Education: Associate's of Nursing Degree/Diploma or Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
- Experience: 2 years' of RN experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in Idaho
