We are seeking a detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to support the daily operations of our establishment and provide exceptional service to our Residents. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities.

• Clean, press, and fold laundry as needed to ensure a high level of quality and presentation.
• Conduct regular inventory checks of laundry detergents and sewing kits to ensure adequate supplies.
• Monitor and maintain laundry equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure the facility remains clean and organized at all times, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Anticipate and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

• Proven work experience as a Laundry Attendant or similar role, with a strong track record of providing excellent service.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundry equipment, with the ability to operate and maintain them effectively.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with a focus on providing opportunities for growth and development.
• Bilingualism is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with Residents and colleagues.
