Compelling Opportunity for a Physician Assistant

On Demand Counseling, Ohio's leading provider of medication-assisted treatment services, is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through their journey to recovery from opioid or alcohol misuse.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support services.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid Ohio Physician Assistant licensure.
  • CPR certification.
  • Completion of 100 hours of continuing medical education requirements every 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
