As a key member of our precision manufacturing operation, you will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to produce high-quality components.

Responsibilities:
  • Program and set up CNC machines utilizing conversational controls such as Mori Seiki lathes with Mapps and live tooling, Okuma lathes OSP control with live tooling, and Fanuc mills/Haas VF type.
  • Perform first-piece measuring and inspection to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Select and set up appropriate cutting tools for various machining operations.
  • Interpret and accurately read blueprints and technical drawings.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a CNC Setup Programmer with expertise in conversational controls.
  • Strong understanding of machining principles, tool selection, and cutting parameters.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.
Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also available, including health insurance, paid vacation, holidays, and personal time.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
