The Beverage Service Specialist is responsible for delivering food and drinks to patrons in the bar area with a warm, efficient, and professional demeanor, ensuring an enjoyable experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service by proactively addressing customer needs and providing support
  • Prepare cocktail tables, complete side work, and manage closing tasks
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu, wine selections, and daily offerings
  • Confirm customer eligibility for alcohol service
  • Assist in the upkeep and cleanliness of the bar area
  • Utilize the POS system, process payments, and accurately report gratuities
  • Adhere to bar safety and sanitation protocols
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings and share insights
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance

Qualifications:
