- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineering License.
- 8-15 years of experience in civil/structural/marine engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
