Grede is seeking a Plant Engineering Supervisor to join our team. This role will be responsible for supervising and coordinating plant engineering activities, including overseeing facility planning, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading plant engineering efforts, driving innovation, and implementing best practices. They will also be responsible for promoting employee engagement, enforcing safety standards, and coaching for safety. This is a salaried position with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience. To be eligible for this role, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a heavy iron foundry environment. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and engineering-related software skills are required, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
