Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse to join our team at CrossMed - Cath Lab. As a Cardiac Catheterization Specialist RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including preparing patients for procedures, administering medications, and monitoring patients during and after procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse or in a related field.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
