Advanced Scope, LLC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our dynamic healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients with pulmonary conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, interstitial lung disease, and other respiratory disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history taking and physical examinations of patients with pulmonary conditions.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about lung health, disease management, and prevention strategies.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and performing therapeutic procedures.
- 3+ years of experience as a NP or PA in a similar setting (outpatient clinical care)
- Attention to detail and ability to see an independent patient panel with minimal supervision
- Empathetic patient care with excellence in "bedside manner" in an outpatient environment
- Ability to work alongside a collaborative healthcare team (medical assistants, etc.)
