We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Fleet Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure that our fleet is properly equipped.
  • Communicate with Drivers and Teams: Liaise with drivers and other teams to ensure that maintenance schedules are met and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain Records and Reports: Accurately record and report on maintenance activities, including vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as logistics and operations, to ensure that our fleet is running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Must have experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with drivers, teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
