Key Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to efficiently move products throughout the warehouse

• Read and comprehend instructions, procedures, and put-away documents to ensure accurate product placement

• Maintain good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management

• Clean and maintain the warehouse area and equipment on a regular basis, including sweeping and dusting

• Operate balers, trash compactors, and stretch wrap machines as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must complete a background check and pass a drug screen

• Basic computer skills not required, but helpful

• Ability to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as counting

Physical Demands:

• Frequently required to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

• Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp with hands, lift and carry, bend, climb up and down, crouch, kneel, balance, push and pull, use close vision, and use depth perception

• Regularly required to use peripheral vision

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and heights

• Ability to move material at different heights and handle variations in temperature changes
