Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and caring individual to assist our residents with their daily needs, providing a high level of care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, as well as all activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Provide oral hygiene care, including denture care, as needed.
  • Complete patient care records accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the charge nurse.
Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified nursing assistant, listed in the DFS registry.
  • Willingness to care for geriatric patients and a genuine concern for their welfare.
  • Ability to receive, understand, and follow orders.
  • Attendance at in-service training and other staff meetings as required.
