Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Class A drivers to join our team at American Driver. As a regional driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a 5-day schedule, with 2 full days off every weekend
  • Transport goods across the country, with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Meet or exceed company safety standards
  • Participate in regular driver evaluations and training
Requirements
  • 10 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years
  • Clean MVR with no DOT Preventable accidents in the last 3 years
  • Absolutely no SAP drivers can never have failed a DOT Drug or Alcohol test
  • No Major moving violations in the last 3 years, including both personal and CMV
  • No termination from previous jobs
  • No DOT Recordable accidents in the last 4 years and cannot have more than one incident in the last 18 months
  • No more than 4 jobs in the last 3 years
  • No DUI in PMV (never in CMV) in the last 7 years and only one in a lifetime

Orientation

Our orientation program is designed to ensure a smooth transition into our team. You will attend a 3-4 day orientation in either Columbus OH, Charlotte NC, or Manchester PA, where you will receive training and familiarization with our equipment and procedures.
