Job OverviewPosition Title: Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of production lines while maintaining optimal efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the workflow of shift operators, verifying the availability of essential tools and materials, and facilitating the initiation or cessation of production tasks. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough quality assessments of products throughout the production cycle.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist in the upkeep and cleaning of production equipment.
  • Complete necessary production documentation and reports.
  • Directly communicate with management regarding shift performance and any operational issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with material inventory management.
  • Proficient in conducting quality inspections.
  • Experience in plastic manufacturing or extrusion processes is highly desirable.
